We are delighted to share with you that COM has partnered with The European Union Office to Hong Kong and Macao and the European Film Academy to create the First European Short Film Festival in HK. It will happen from 7 to 12 October in Hong Kong and from 25 October to 2 November in Macao.
The Opening cocktail and screening will be held at 6.15 pm on 7 October at the Hong Kong Film Archive Cinema.
Curated by the European Film Academy, the 10 awarding-winning films of the EU Short Film Festival 2013 offer a glimpse of human nature and the diversity of European cinema. The 10 short films have all won awards in various European film and short film festivals. Directors of the films come from ten countries: Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Portugal, Romania and the United Kingdom.
All the screenings are free admission with ticket for the public. Chinese and English subtitles will be provided.
